Individual and group sessions run both online and in person.

All personal training sessions are tailored to your needs, goals, and ambitions. 

We can help improve your strength, cardiovascular fitness, weight loss journey, your squash-specific fitness needs. and injury rehab.

With the way the world is right now, we are working a lot more online, and personal training is no different, and the results are just as great.

 

WHAT WE OFFER

We have both in person and online training packages to suit

everyone's needs. Offering multiple avenues for you to reach

your goals:

Personal Training

Whether it's from a local park, from your home or from my base

at Farnham Common Squash club personal training is a great way

to push your limits and achieve your goals. All clients will receive

a training programme they can do outside of the sessions tailored to their needs. Also included is a Nutritional breakdown for the food they should be eating to train to your best potential, recover optimally and achieve your goals.

Online Personal Training

This is a remote training provision, but with a face to face aspect. Sessions will be held via Zoom from the comfort of your own home.

Online coaching

Online coaching is an ever changing world, and one that has come to the forefront much more recently. It is a great way to train on your own with the confidence you have a fully tailored training programme to your goals and needs. Enquire for more details.

Online Classes (including corporate)

Just like being at the gym, classes Via zoom are a great way to stay fit, enjoy your exercise and meet new likeminded people at the same time. 

All of our plans include either weekly or Bi-weekly check ins so we can track your progress. The weight on the scales will not mark our only progress, we also look at other means such as weight we are lifting, how you are feeling, daily habits, improvement in your routine and so much more.

Through WhatsApp and email, you will have 24/7 access to me.
